No one could understand English, we had multiple sales reps have to jump in every second we were there, as soon as Hispanic people come in every single one left us and would not even help us check out and buy a dress, they called my wife fat in Spanish so we are going somewhere else, if you are not Hispanic this defnatly not a place for you, also rep kept bringing oversized dresses when my wife told her to stop and gave her sizing, rep still ignored her
This has got to be THE WORST BOUTIQUE I’ve ever been to. IF YOU SEE THIS DO NOT GO TO THE BOUTIQUE. I went in this morning to get a dress and it fit me too small and they told me they could not return my money. The lady had clearly told me to come back if I had any problems with it and when I called and asked for a return they told me they could not do it that it was final sale??? I went in with my sister and my spouse looking for wedding dresses. The lady I asked for help sent me to some prom dresses and walked away from me. No help whatsoever. But they started looking at me crazy when I started helping myself to these dresses. I asked if they had different sizes this that the other. I finally found a dress I liked I tried it on and nobody would help me.
