I do NOT recommend this clinic. I am in awe at the lady answering the phones in the late afternoon of Thurday Jan 8, 2026 that had the customer service camparable to a moldy lemon left at the bottom of your garbage pail. She evidently needs to retake the "interpersonal communication module" of her RVT training. She does NOT represent this business well... Or maybe she does....? If you are looking for a caring veterinarian look no further. Without getting into details, this veterinarian clinic saved our dog. The level of service we experienced here was pure love for our dog. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team. He knew exactly what was wrong and what we had to do.
For over 20 yrs we have used Glamorgan vet, that all changed this past Friday. We took our 5 kg pup in for surgery, he was to have a few bumps removed. They had 3 surgeries scheduled for the day. Mid morning we receive a call saying the surgery couldn't move forward, because they had somehow mixed up our pups methadone dose with a dog who weighed 22.5 kg, overdosing our dog.
