Lovely team and Dr. Karen Hill is the best, so gentle, kind, and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.
Lengthy review ahead: Customers, do your research on pricing before using this vet. I paid almost 5x the price for a simple antibiotic prescription at this location. While I have not visited this vet clinic for exams, I have used them for prescription refills as my vet is across town and this location is closer to my work and home. Two weeks ago, my vet (also a VCA clinic) sent a prescription to this location for an antibiotic as my dog had a bone infection and we needed to begin medication ASAP. I do NOT recommend this clinic. I am in awe at the lady answering the phones in the late afternoon of Thurday Jan 8, 2026 that had the customer service camparable to a moldy lemon left at the bottom of your garbage pail. She evidently needs to retake the "interpersonal communication module" of her RVT training. She does NOT represent this business well... Or maybe she does....?
