Had the absolute pleasure of tasting a piece of Chocolate Espresso cake from Glamma's Catering Service today. I'm not usually a coffee fan but this cake was extremely moist and the chocolate and espresso were well balanced and mingled together perfectly. They made me a fan, so much so I sent my daughter to get a piece because I wanted her to try it.
