Today I had a very bad experience trying to book an appointment with Stella. If I could give zero stars I would. When she messaged me today about my appointment, she told me she does not remove other people's nail work, which is completely understandable, but was not clear on her website, so I ended up losing my deposit for the appointment because I had to cancel.
