RUN!!DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS STYLIST! I NEVER leave negative reviews, but after spending $600, I feel obligated to share my experience. From the moment I walked into the appointment, the stylist had an attitude. As a first-time client, I expected to feel welcomed, but instead I immediately felt uncomfortable. I will never go back here. I had an appointment for a silk press with the works(wash, deep condition, hydro) lol she barely washed it! She came with an ATTITUDE & seemed mad that I was there before her(standing in the hallway) had the nerve to say I'm not supposed to show up more than 5 minutes before my appointment. My silk press looked like I did it myself! & on top of that it only lasted a couple of days. I will never go back to her. Terrible attitude from begging til the end!

I recently had my hair done and honestly am very unsatisfied with the level of service received. The stylist is very talented when it comes to sew-ins/silk presses but her attitude when questions are asked is very unprofessional. I went to Taylor thinking I was getting a deluxe sew in. I get there 10 mintues early she was not there she didn't walk into the building until 11:12 my appointment was at 11 then she has me sitting in the waiting room while she cleans her shop she had nothing ready for my appointment she didn't even have my hair she had someone drop it off to her she was also dying the extentions through out the whole process she ended up doing tape ins but didn't tell me she was doing tape ins until she already started this was my first ti... read more
