Alyssa is excellent! I saw her for my annual skin check and had the best experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.
Dr Mack did a great job removing a burst blood vessel (spider angioma) from a very prominent spot on my face. It's so super to look in the mirror and just see me! No more red spot! Thank you Dr Mack!
Dr. Mack and her team are wonderful. I was recommended by a friend and have been coming back for a couple years now for both dermatological and cosmetic care. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Elena at the front desk is a gem - quick to respond, efficient & helpful both in person and via their communication app/portal. The office is clean, atmosphere relaxed. Dr. Mack has genuine sincerity in her work and for her patients. Overall, professional patient-focused practice with attentive care above all else 10/10
Usually only write 5 star reviews cause most people are trying hard … but as it turns out this place completely wasted my time today and the “customer service” was so atrocious that my blood is still boiling. Bear in mind this is after nearly a decade of patronage because it was close to my old office. I forgave them losing all my medical records a couple years ago. I forgave failure to return test results. I forgave moving my appointments to accommodate their own schedules. And I forgave waiting because other patients neede... read more
