I REALLY liked my eyebrows after going here twice. One of the best threading and shaping jobs I’ve ever had, and the owner is super nice. HOWEVER, it is impossible to get in contact with the owner and I have gone here twice when it said it would be open to find it closed. The owner does not pick up the phone either, so it’s too unpredictable to know when you’ll find an open store and when you’ll find it closed. This review is based solely on their incorrect service hours. Their hours state they close at 6:30pm on Saturday. I arrived at 5:40pm and all lights were off/doors locked.

This place is…interesting it definitely has a little of a raunchy smell but the workers are nice. I came in (they took walk ins) sat down and they just started doing my eyebrows she didn’t really ask what I wanted shape wise so I assumed they only do eyebrow clean up. The thread they use is cheap. I can feel the friction on my eyebrows and the string snapped often. Post eyebrows i feel heat and inchiness on my eyebrows and frankly they look kinda bad.
