I came to this salon feeling desperate after another place had completely butchered my eyebrow shape. When I explained what I wanted, Sandeep (hopefully I remembered her name right) not only gave me clear advice on how to grow them out but also helped shape them into exactly what I had always wanted. I REALLY liked my eyebrows after going here twice. One of the best threading and shaping jobs I’ve ever had, and the owner is super nice. HOWEVER, it is impossible to get in contact with the owner and I have gone here twice when it said it would be open to find it closed. The owner does not pick up the phone either, so it’s too unpredictable to know when you’ll find an open store and when you’ll find it closed. This review is based solely on their incorrect service hours. Their hours state they close at 6:30pm on Saturday. I arrived at 5:40pm and all lights were off/doors locked.
