Had an amazing wax session with Flo! She has a soft hand and amazing technique! Wax job was painless and quick! She explained everything she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend her 10/10!

This was hands down one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had. Flo made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly. The space was clean and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She answered any and all questions I had before during and after! It’s also such a calming atmosphere which I loved !! The results were flawless and the service was efficient without feeling rushed. I’m officially a loyal client now !!

I went to get my first Brazilian with Flo a few weeks ago, I was so nervous at first but before I left I was ready to make another appointment. She very sweet and makes you feel so comfortable and talks you thru everything. She make sure you’re all cleaned up and satisfied with the results, 10/10 experience

I spent hundreds here on services, tips, and products — only to be treated terribly. I canceled 3–4 days ahead, well before their own 48-hour policy, yet the owner kept my deposit and was rude and dismissive when I asked why. She claimed all deposits are final, even for early cancellations, and personally charged my card for it. That’s not good business — it’s taking advantage of loyal clients. Be diligent & be sure to read the fine print. Or save your money and go somewhere that values customers and integrity.
