The staff is extremely accommodating, the service is thorough, high quality, and timely. Prices are reasonable and they always go above and beyond! Glam-O-Rama does all of my comforters, suits, and they even preserved my wife's wedding dress! I will be a returning customer every chance I get! Thank you, Glam-O-Rama!

Do not rely on this place. They tell you they can do same day dry cleaning and then you come in and they can’t. They’ve don’t it multiple times at this point. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. I come in and they can’t do it and then tell me it’s my fault for procrastinating. Horrible customer service

I started using Glam-O-Rama after hearing good things in the community. I have been very pleased with the services, but I continue to go back because of the wonderful customer service from Craig! He is very professional and always very kind.

I would give zero stars if possible. We have been going here for 16 years when they were owned by the original owners. When I questioned the employee about being overcharged and not charged what I was quoted or for the right item, I was told the computer sets the prices (umm no a person does). The two employees had no idea what they were doing and even admitted they didn’t. They refused to address the situation. I asked for my other items, but they began assisting another customer.
