Very Disappointed, I won't be back. I made an appointment with a specific technician, when I arrived I was assigned to a different person. I wanted a pedicure, they didn’t ask me which one and didn't even show me a menu so I could make my own decision. The technician was nice but did not listen to me. She did not pay attention to detail. I had to point out that the nail polish was not applied correctly on my big toe nail and ask her to redo it. I asked for gel builder. I appreciated not being blissfully ignored like at larger nail salon, the ability to walk-in without an appointment, and the many payment options: Zelle, Cash app, etc. Nice and cozy place.
I just had the most the amazing experience with Amy and Yvonne. The facial is like no other. This is a must go!
