Siendo una clienta por más de dos años percibí un ambiente hostil al requerir un cambio de color en mis uñas después de dos días ya Que una uña se dañó por ningún motivo y se requería reparación al mismo tiempo que se solicitó un cambio de color. . Se rechazó mi petición de cambio de color de forma poco amable. Entendí que no era bienvenida en ese lugar. Se aprecia un ambiente poco agradable en el lugar.
