Requested a fill in and pedicure. Cuticles barely pushed back on toenails resulting in polish not looking good. Toenails look like a circle rather than a square. Lotion put on legs…no lotion on feet no massage. Service is not what it used to be. Very dissatisfied and expressed this as I checked out. Was asked if I wanted someone else to re do my toes. I said no. Every employee was cleaning trying to leave and felt the push to get out. They are closed on Sunday so why rush? I will not be back.
Thursday 4/2/26 had a pedicure here. Very unsatisfied. Made my cuticles bleed, he painted my toes the wrong color. A lady tried to fix his mistakes by painting them very fast not seeing the poor job he did. I left without having the pedicure complete. I did not want a redo by the manager who rushed, I had to point out to her the bad job when she was rushing to paint my nails and send me off. I had already wasted so much time. I did not have more time to waste.
Hugh and Nancy are the sweetest and so friendly. The store is always clean and they do their best to welcome everyone who comes in.
