I’ve been here twice for a Brazilian wax, and unfortunately both experiences were concerning for different reasons. The first time, the wax itself turned out better than my second visit. However, at the end of the service, the esthetician wiped me from back to front, which is extremely unhygienic and can easily cause infections like a UTI. First time getting my brows threaded here and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amy was patient and kind. She listened to what I wanted. She’s very precise, and my brows turned out great. There is only one person working, so do be patient. I used to go to another place in Kennesaw, but the service wasn’t good and they didn’t listen. This was the complete opposite. I’ve found my new brow place. Thank you, Amy!
