Just moved to Charlotte and was so excited to find this place! I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and she did absolutely amazing! Quick and friendly service, I will definitely be returning!

******* Update (Aug 14th) I reached out to Ritu who offered to resolve my issue. However, after stating that Saturday afternoon would work for her, she reached out to reschedule for Friday. My initial appointment (scheduled for July 26th) with Ritu had to be rescheduled to August 9th. Then the rescheduled appointment was pushed back 30 minutes. When she reached out about rescheduling this week to fix my hair, I determined we were no longer a fit. If you have the flexibility, Ritu makes great recommendations for hair health. ... read more

I went to Glam and Glow on Saturday, August 9th. Got a deep conditioning treatment ($35) and cut. Got some face framers and some layers in the back, and was happy with how the face framers looked after my cut. With tip it was $110. When I got home however, my husband noticed that the back of the cut looked odd and uneven. Upon washing and blowing out my hair this AM, the back layers look choppy and uneven. I’m following up with Ritu today, and will post updates. Picture from August 9th and today, August 11th.
