So happy to have had my hair done by China! Super easy to book through her site and messaged me afterwards for details. My braids were very well done and not painful at all. Definitely a braider worth going to in Montgomery.
Booked an appointment for knotless, which was going to be my 2nd time in her chair. Drove over two hours away and get to her loft in the parking lot and she wants to reschedule my appointment. I refused b/c I drove a long way and wasted gas. She offered to return my deposit , sent her my information and no response for hours and NO I did not receive my deposit back. China is the best to ever do it!! She slays my hair always. I never leave disappointed and she gives you exactly what you ask for with reasonable prices . I became a regular customers .

I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with China. She rescheduled my original 2/15 appointment at 7 PM to Monday, 2/17, even though her booking site showed Sunday availability and Monday as unavailable. Communication was terrible—I had to wait hours for a response or double text just to get confirmation.
