I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with China. She rescheduled my original 2/15 appointment at 7 PM to Monday, 2/17, even though her booking site showed Sunday availability and Monday as unavailable. Communication was terrible—I had to wait hours for a response or double text just to get confirmation. After confirming my 2/17 appointment at 12:30 PM, she suddenly canceled, claiming she assumed I was a male client (despite no policy stating she doesn’t service men). I highly recommend Glam Me Pretty Braids. This is the place to go to get all Glam up for whatever occasion. China is one on one with her clients. I had a wonderful experience, you are a awesome young lady, I was very impressed for my first time, and will come back again. It was my first time trying the knotless braids, they are great Thank you China I will be returning. P.S. She is very fast with perfection in her craft.
