Very unreliable and cancelled on my wedding the night before. My wife booked her at least three months before the big day. She was three hours late for the bridal trial, said she has an emergency. Stuck by her, no big deal stuff happens. She cancels the night before our wedding, this was at 9pm before the big day. By this point, we've paid in full.
