Very informative salesman, he went through all aspects of the Toyota Noah on first visit and again when we picked it up today Highly recommend this company and salesman ( don’t recall his name but l was impressed with him ).
With getting a car complied and the real OGs in the business, I have to say, I can put my 100% trust in Glams. They worked in conjunction with my import agent to get my vehicle from Japan to Melbourne and Glams guided me the entire way with the process of applying for the right permits, applications to helping getting my pride and joy complied. Mike and his team helped me to import a car from Japan. It took quite a while but worth it.
I have imported two vehicles from Japan which have been complied by Glam, both went smoothly and all paperwork was supplied, registered without issues. But the second vehicle suddenly had issues a couple months in. Turned out, the wheel nuts were not tightened properly by the person they used for the roadworthy. Could have KILLED me and cost me $300 to diagnose & replaced damaged wheel nuts and a lot of stress.
