I was so excited for the head spa and was completely let down. The building is not well mark and neither is the actual spa. Was let in to stand in their waiting room/shop while the room was readied. (Flooring is soft, but very uneven and bubbles up). I emailed them 2 days prior to my appointment with questions and never received a reply. The first 10min of appointment sounded like my head was next to a warming up Keurig (idk if it was the water heating up or what it was). My 3rd visit. I got a enzyme facial. It was relaxing and Natalie was professional and very skilled. Natalie and Bev are some of the nicest people I've meet in awhile. I'm definitely going to schedule more! 4/5, 4th visit. Everyone is so nice and once again Natalie did a great job on my nails. 6/12. Natalie did a great job as always. 7/26. Natalie is a magician with nails! Very professional and friendly too.. 8/30. Once again Natalie was amazing! Mani/pedi and she is great with nails and making you feel special. 10/4.
