Made an appt for my daughter for her junior prom today in late March. Have been receiving reminders and updates all week including an additional confirmation. I arrived today about 20 minutes before my scheduled time. All of the MUAs were busy so I waited a few minutes to finally talk to someone about check-in (no one greeted me or even tried to talk to me upon arrival). I made an appointment for my maternity photos. I was told they was closed when I booked weeks before & then someone text me saying another artist coming in at 3. I was waiting nobody ever showed up. I came in days later & saw them working I started to say something but I kept walking because it wasn’t worth it. I won’t be booking again.
O stars from me! I made an appointment on line, got an email confirmation, then a follow up confirmation the day of including my booking time and the beauty tech. Arrived 10 minutes early and nobody was there. Nobody ever showed up!! I called the number and was told that they were closed on Monday. Unprofessional! Disappointing! Thank goodness there was another make up place near JC Penney's that had an opening!
