O stars from me! I made an appointment on line, got an email confirmation, then a follow up confirmation the day of including my booking time and the beauty tech. Arrived 10 minutes early and nobody was there. Nobody ever showed up!! I called the number and was told that they were closed on Monday. Unprofessional! Disappointing! Thank goodness there was another make up place near JC Penney's that had an opening!

I have been here before so I was very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I called to make an appointment since their booking site was down. I was told to go on the business instagram to find the make up artists that work there, individual accounts and dm them I thought this was business, why I got to go to an individual account to book.
