I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe consumers should share accurate experiences when reasonable efforts to resolve an issue privately have failed. On March 6, 2026, I received a sew-in installation service at by Ashley, Glam Flow Salon & Spa for $180. During the appointment, I noticed the closure appeared to be placed too far back. I have been with Ms.Ashley since I was in kindergarten and her services has always been superior. She has always cared for my hair and has the best hospitality. She isn't rough but patient while doing her craft giving you the best experience. I have been to a lot of "hair stylist" and people who "do hair" but I find I always come back to my roots.

Ashley is always very professional. She truly cares about my hair. She make sure it's healthy, when it's time for a deep conditioner & trim or cut. She slays my hair each time whether it's a style I found or she comes up with one. She's a true stylist. Thanks Ashley
