Got permanent jewelry here and after one shower the gold has already tarnished and turned silver. A little disappointed because the price point is so high for low quality.

Don't ever buy jewelry here. Bought a "permanent" bracelet for my girlfriend, broke in 2 hours, got it repaired, a week later gem fell out, got it replaced, broke again a month later, got it repaired, gem fell out again 2 weeks after. Terrible product and no returns just in store credit for a dollar store type of quality

Got a permanent bracelet here, it broke within 1 week. I went back and they put it back on for free, it broke again within 10min of her “fixing” it. When I told them the bracelet was lost due to their poor work, the only solution they offered me was to spend another $100 - as if it wouldn’t break again. Also bought my boyfriend a bracelet here and it tarnished within 1 month of casual use.

So unsatisfied, the material is really atrocious they told us that the quality was great, but it turned out to be the worst. I don’t recommend anyone shopping here. I did ask them if they can return it and they said no…so unprofessional.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I got jewelry like a month ago and it’s already tarnishing, my other necklace broke randomly when it was on my neck. I’m so unsatisfied with this unpleasant experience if you want bad jewelry come here or if you wanna waste your money this is also a good store. My experience with the owner and the store was outrageously horrendous AND atrocious.
