If I could give this place a zero I would. I went in to get my permanent jewelry put back on after I had caught it on something and it came off but when I sat down with the lady who was going to put the chain back on she started yanking at this delicate chain and said “oh this bracelet is too old and breakage happens after time” as she’s using her strength to rip off the links of my chain. Got permanent jewelry here and after one shower the gold has already tarnished and turned silver. A little disappointed because the price point is so high for low quality.
Don't ever buy jewelry here. Bought a "permanent" bracelet for my girlfriend, broke in 2 hours, got it repaired, a week later gem fell out, got it replaced, broke again a month later, got it repaired, gem fell out again 2 weeks after. Terrible product and no returns just in store credit for a dollar store type of quality
Got a permanent bracelet here, it broke within 1 week. I went back and they put it back on for free, it broke again within 10min of her “fixing” it. When I told them the bracelet was lost due to their poor work, the only solution they offered me was to spend another $100 - as if it wouldn’t break again. Also bought my boyfriend a bracelet here and it tarnished within 1 month of casual use.
So unsatisfied, the material is really atrocious they told us that the quality was great, but it turned out to be the worst. I don’t recommend anyone shopping here. I did ask them if they can return it and they said no…so unprofessional.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
