Stay away from this facility. Our family chose Oakwood because they promised us it was an end of life facility where our Mother would be cared for for the rest of her life. After 2 years there in the independent living side she moved to the assisted living side and was asked to leave after 3 weeks. She went from self pay to the medicaid waiver when she moved.
