We love Dr Glaeser! He has treated 4 of our cats over the past 7yrs, and he is always invested in their wellbeing, very easy to communicate with, kind and caring. Dr G. Calls and emails to follow-up on our pets care after starting new medications, or following testing, and takes the time to discuss all of our concerns, even during his lunchtime. Dr G. Is a wonderful veterinarian and person!
Not helpful
Difficult to communicate with, interrupts when you try to talk with him. Did not review comments placed on animal progress report. Refused to address current concern of clients.
They are super attentive and really care about the animals. I love all the veterinarians here and they always check in after a visit to follow up on your pets condition. I also like supporting the shelter attached as well.
The entire team is wonderful from a customer service perspective doctors seem very knowledgeable and caring about you and your pets would definitely recommend!
