This was a while back but I need a breast reduction because I have a excessively large chest that causes me chronic pain and skin problems I’ve dealt with since I was a teenager. She didn’t bother to even examine me to see what I’m dealing with. Told me surgery would be too risky but some how miraculously weight loss surgery would be safe. Didn’t tell me I need to possibly lose a certain amount of weight to qualify or anything helpful. If she treated me like that I can’t imagine how she treats her cancer patients.
I give this entire operation that is Dr. Tsao-Wu and her office staff five stars. I was heard and served according to what I felt I needed. I even called after hours on the day prior to my surgery with some wellness concerns. Dr. Tsao-Wu took the call personally and did a mini triage with me to help me know how to move forward safely and positively. Dr. Tsao-Wu's office employees are very kind, but she lacks empathy. There's a difference between being direct with patients and relaying medical information with impatience and an air of hostility. While she may be well-educated and experienced as a practitioner, unfortunately, she is not compassionate in the least.
Couldn't be happier! Incredible doctor... fantastic job done. Also great communication and post-surgery follow-up. Loved her and her staff. Thanks so much, Dr. Tsao-Wu.
