I’ve been looking for the name of this salon for months, just so I could leave a 1 star review. Would leave 0 if I could. I came here maybe about 6 months ago, and my hair has never recovered. Im talking about hair was fried to a crisp, no type of curl pattern left AT ALL. I partly blame myself, because during my appointment, she rushed through my hair. I should’ve got right out of the chair, when she yanked my hair with that brush, and continued to brush through my hair vigorously, with no care for my hair at all…so on that... read more
If there was a way to give no stars I would. Payless is exactly what you get at this salon. There is no thought in the care of hair health and care. How do you blow dry and flat iron someone's hair without protectant?!? No leave-in conditioner applied. How do you "trim" (she ended up CUTTING my hair!) someone's hair without it all being straighten out so you can see the overall picture. She's worried about rushing and getting you out of her chair in 30 minutes to get the next client in to get that money! Not my business... n... read more
waited patiently, showed up early... refused me and just walked out on me :/
Call was forward to voicemail. They said she’s a great beautician but it was supposed to voicemail and it’s 1042, so not sure where she is.
Gladys is excellent, great service and great experience!
