Mostly good. More empathy into what's going on with the participant such as myself would be beneficial.
Extremely disappointed with Glady and Co. It feels like I have to “apply for a job” just to get a new NDIS support worker, which is completely unnecessary. The process has involved guilt-tripping and what feels like cold, calculated manipulation, making the experience stressful and disheartening. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and genuine support—none of which I experienced here.
