Had a great experience getting my new sunglasses here! The lady who helped me was super nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She made it easy to choose the right pair and was genuinely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
The owner is friendly and I was willing to buy expensive glasses that worked out but they won't do an invoice for additoonal coverage. Direct bill only for claims. The lady wasn't nice, seemed impatient about my situation. Too bad!
I went there last week. The customer service is top notch . All the staff is polite and very helpful specially the girl named Jashan. She had the brightest smile throughout the interaction with all the customers in the store. They do put so much efforts into making sure you get the best product. Will definitely visit again and do recommend 10/10 experience.
Such lovely people and very helpful. It was nice and they took their time without rushing me. Great experience! Highly recommend :)
Excellent service and great products. We were at Surrey location and staff was very helpful. Very satisfied with the service
