I was just there today and I called Head of time and they told me that they took my insurance and I took my time out of the day to go to my appointment that they scheduled for me and they made me fill out paperwork and in the middle of doing my paperwork they told me that I can't get seen there in my opinion really poor stuff and communication
This has been my eye care provider since I was a kid. They've also been professional and great to work with. Warranty replacements have been a breeze.
Just called to make an appt. Whoever the woman was that answered the phone…. Rude. I said Hi can I make an appointment. Her response was I guess with a crappy tone. Yeah, you just lost 2 potential patients that get new glasses every year!
Always fast friendly service! :-) Highly recommended!!
