Just called to make an appt. Whoever the woman was that answered the phone…. Rude. I said Hi can I make an appointment. Her response was I guess with a crappy tone. Yeah, you just lost 2 potential patients that get new glasses every year!
Always fast friendly service! :-) Highly recommended!!
They have one rude lady at deck not nice to people she did not want give people glasses or Contacts
The doctor and the young man that ran my tests were very professional. The older gal at the front desk is simply rude. Also I ordered and paid for a brand new pair of eyeglasses which came in scratched on both lenses. I dropped them off to be repaired or replaced and I had to call them almost 3 weeks later to see if they had them yet, which they don’t. Seems like very poor customer service and I think next time I will go somewhere else.
