We have worked with Gladstone Window and Door a couple times now and the customer service is top notch. Our first project we purchased interior doors and just recently we purchased a patio door. They were very timely with getting out to our property to take measurements, provide an estimate and letting us know when we could expect items to be installed. This company was highly recommended to us. However, we had an unpleasant and unprofessional experience with their salesperson. Spent just a few minutes measuring, did not bring any samples, did not explain the process of installing new windows, did not explain available options. Took days to send a proposal, then did not respond to our logical follow up questions. If this is indicative of this company, we can expect a horrible install experience and nonexistent customer care. Pass.
Technician arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about options for replacing a rotted door. Gave great advice.
