Used for 3 pieces of jewellery now. First was for a broken gold bracelet, fantastic job, quick turn around and good price. Second was a wishbone ring I was gifted from my mum which was missing a small sapphire and was cracked again wonderful job and they straightened it and did a wonderful job. Got my jewellery fixed here today, then another time a few months back Great place. Very well mannered staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend 5 stars.
Having used Gladstones in January to resize our rings we went back on 5.7.25 to have a silver ring made. The staff as always were friendly, great in taking time to go through sizing and answer any questions. Price was amazing. Ring ordered , and received a call on 7.7.25 to say it was done. Due to them having enough Silver thre, they made it and I collected 8.7.25. Ring is perfect and I love it so much, I have ordered another one. Great Customer Care and Service
Amazing jewellers, both mine and my wife’s rig from them, even after a couple of months of receiving the rings they are still there is we need resizing, amazing customer service, I can’t recommend them enough
