My first and last experience with Gladstone Urgent Care was beyond terrible. I took my daughter in to be cared for and they refused to treat her. We have Medicaid which their website claims to work with however when I was told they don’t accept I was glad to pay out of pocket due to it being an emergency. The front desk told me “if you can pay out of pocket you can pay for insurance” and told me they would not treat my 5 year old daughter.
