Was hung up on twice by the practice manager... Called the practice the first time and John was rude and the line ended. Thinking it was a error so I called again to have no apology for the line ending and a short rude remark and john hung up on me again. Took me by surprise because I was being so respectful and nice.
Spoke to John on the phone and for some reason he was very rude to me and I wasn't sure why. Incredibly snappy and cold. Not sure what I did to upset him but it felt pretty bad, seeing as though I tried to warm my tone and be hyper polite in case he was just having a bad day; but it seemed to make him more rude?...Not a nice experience.
