I had an issue with my own car and reached out to Eric at Gladstone Garage in Brisbane. Even though I wasn’t a regular customer, Eric took the time to speak with me on the phone, patiently listening and offering helpful advice. It’s rare to find someone in the industry who genuinely cares and goes out of their way to help, even before seeing the car. Really impressed with the professionalism and kindness. I honestly can’t thank Eric enough! I had my car towed to his shop, totally expecting a big bill or at least a fee just for taking a look—but he checked it out and didn’t charge me a thing. He really went out of his way to help me when I was feeling pretty stressed, and I’m so grateful. I’ve heard from other locals who’ve had great experiences here too. Thank you so much, Eric!
