If I could give 10 stars, I would! On Saturday past we had an overheating issue at Southbank, in my daughter’s car. She was quite distressed as she urgently needed to get back to NSW, so we got the car to nearby ‘Gladstone Road Garage’ and waited for Monday morning. We’d never met Eric, but Monday morning, appreciating the urgency of the situation, Eric pulled out ALL stops and fitted the car into his already full booked day/week/2 weeks!! Eric was super helpful. We had a faulty seatbelt on a ~20 year old car and previously hadn't been able to source the part (either new or used). Eric helped us find a suitable one (which wasn't easy) and fitted it for a very fair price - nothing seemed to be too much of a hassle.
