The plumber was great and we were thrilled that World Class Services could fit us in on the same day for a minor emergency. He arrived early and got our water heater ventilation system fixed. It was in a very sad state, and by the time he was done, it was looking and working great. Would recommend.
I am a house rehabbed. If I have any sewer line problems, I call these guys. Last time I called, the guy was at my property 3 hours later for an estimate. Tremendous service, competitive pricing, this company is the best for sewer line repair or replacement.
The plumber who came to my home was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the issue and the solution in a way that was easy for me to understand. They provided me with a clear estimate of the cost of the repairs before starting the work, and the final price was very reasonable.
Gladstone Plumbing Coy immediately took care of the problem and offered suggestions for future care. This is the second time I've used Atomic and they've not disappointed. Job was completed in a timely manner and he took extra time explaining and recommending our options for repair as well as replacement in the future. We were completely satisfied. I will call again when needed and have recommended many times.
