I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gladstone Mechanicals, and I want to share every detail so others are aware. I'm new to Gladstone and had high hopes for this shop. I brought my car in at 8 a.m. because there was a noise coming from the suspension area—something another garage in Rosewood had already identified as a loose sway bar link.
