Exceptional experience at Mazda. All our work vehicles (BKR Group Australia) are serviced through Mazda and we never have a problem. We are allowed to drop our vehicles in the day before they are booked in for a service. Recent experience, I dropped the vehicle off yesterday for its big 90,000km service to be done today and I get a phone call yesterday afternoon to say it was ready to be picked up. I would like to share my experience with the Gladstone Mazda team….. I’m generally a really fussy person. it often takes me ages to make up my mind on anything I buy.
