Arrogant lady on reception, would not deal with them
On our way from Brisbane to Gladstone for a fishing trip our LDV V80 van broke down (our fault), rung LDV in Gladstone, spoke to Amy to see if we could limp the car to them and get it fixed while we went on our charter boat and they agreed to do it. Not only did we get the problem fixed, saved $100 on parking and got it serviced at the same time.
