Mr. Gladstone worked on a fairly insignificant civil case... a matter of principal for me... and despite the legal setbacks, continued to work on my behalf EVEN when I was ready to quit. I love this guy. Any legal work in this area... I'm using him.

Great attorney. To the point with information and excellent availability(attorneys have more than one client by the way). Superb in the courtroom because of his verbal communication skills. It is important for an attorney to convey the situation/arguments as precisely as possible, and he does it. While we all like to leave it "all" to our attorney, this just cannot be the case. As a client you'll have to do some work too, so be prepared to work with him. He is representing you, and his preparation is only as good as yours.
I had a number of concerns about terms in a loan document used to secure funding for my business. I also needed to close on this loan under a tight time frame. I sent the documents to Jonathan Gladstone who promptly reviewed them and explained very clearly what I was agreeing to and the legal issues involved.
