Might I suggest that management invest in a Customer Service course for you reception and service staff ( I'm sure it's tax deductible ) Won't be coming back, terrible service from people who are your front line ambassadors.
Good service very helpful
I had the worst experience with Gladstone Hyundai that left me without a car for two months. My car had been broken for just over a month, I booked it in to be fixed with Hyuandi & took it in (they had it the entire day) and they only took a look at it & said that the two coolant hoses needed to be replaced. Mind you, they charged me $200 just to tell me that. They said that I’d need to rebook it back in to be fixed & that they’ll order the parts from Sydney. Find a good Independent Mechanic and buy elsewhere. I used their Website to Book a Service, got sent an Email saying I'd receive Confirmation of the Booking shortly. No Email or Text arrived, so on the Eve of the Service I rang the Service Department. A "Paula" answered, claimed they have no record of the Booking, she then passed onto Leon. Leon claimed a third party who handles the Bookings was to blame, he said he'd call me back as he was reciting my details from the Hyundai records. No return call so I called back.
