I had service within hour of calling them. Great service and service man Brisn was great! Will contact again if ever have any trouble.
Gladstone came out the next day for an evaluation. He confirmed my fears - the secondary heat exchanger was corroded out. They were able to get a new furnace installed in ~4 hours first thing the next morning. In Winter! They cleaned it up better than I had, and hauled away my old water heater that I still had downstairs. A+
Great company, very professional! Just had our furnace replaced and they did a fantastic job with the install. Definitely calling in the spring for AC work. Highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs.
Needed a thermostat installed. Called me back quickly and was able to give me a quote ( tentatively) and able to put me on the schedule quickly. Tim arrived on time and quickly got to work and able to get my thermostat and furnace working!!! I would definitely recommend Gladstone H&C LLC!!!!
