While I was always impressed and felt at home with the dentists and hygienists at this office, the front desk staff ruined my experience and trust in this business. Dentistry is great. Staff are excellent!
I am revising my review based on my interactions with the office this week. I went for my 6mo appointment to find out the practice had been sold 5 months earlier and my insurance carrier was not accepted anymore. Businesses can change hands and charges are made in the process, but the fact the new owners did not bother to provide current and long-time clients abput the charges is unacceptable. The staff are all friendly & really make you feel welcome! VERY pleased with my visit. Edited in 2023: under new ownership and several staff were let go. We have changed dentists and no longer go to this office.
