Never answer the phone. Never call back when you leave a message. They open at 8 am but answering machine always say they are closed for at least 15-20 minutes later. The dentists are fantastic! Admin leave a lot to be desired. Even when you are there they can be more interested in their conversations than the clients.
Such a nice experience at this clinic with Dr Herman. He was so kind and patient and explained what he was doing so thoroughly I felt so safe. Visiting the dentist can be daunting but Dr Herman made this a really great experience! Would recommend!!
By far the best dental clinic I've ever attended.
I had to travel to get to Gladstone for the dentist appointment and they cancel the same day (I lost 3 hours of my time and the gasoline). I make the appointment with one week of advance, this is unacceptable!
