Update: Initially I gave a 1 star review for my experience with customer service. But I am now changing my review to a 5 star. I went to my rescheduled appointment. The office staff was very polite, two women were at the front desk they were very polite. The office is clean and refreshments are offered. Dr. Gladstone’s office and team are terrific! I was concerned about a skin issue and the front desk coordinator offered an appointment right away to see Jackie the PA. She took care of the issue and I feel so much better! Thank you!!
Jackie is the absolute best! Professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during my laser hair removal appointment. I can’t recommend her enough. I will be returning to her for all of my cosmetic and medical dermatology needs!
I purchased a Groupon for 40 units of Botox at Gladstone Clinic Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology and called to book an appointment. They asked for all of my personal information — full name, address, phone number, email, age — and then insisted I provide a credit card number just to book the appointment, even though I had already prepaid through Groupon. I highly recommend Jackie professionally, as well as a very kind, friendly, and compassionate woman. I have been coming to her for Botox treatments and now for fillers.
