Not reliable at all. Ten days after arranging for a pest inspection for a house purchase, Marcel still had not contacted the agent to arrange a time. Called again to confirm he'll call on the tenth day, and he still hadn't after saying he would. Below is the email sent to cancel my request. You were going to contact our agent yesterday for the pest inspection. You didn't call to arrange a time. Don't worry about it now. Have someone else to do it.
Don’t let the lack of reviews, shop front & privacy issues with website deter you from going with Marcel for a P&B inspection. I wasn’t sure about this business in the beginning. Very relaxed/ laid back approach. Not great communication & customer service, however in the end he showed up and I was happy with the report and detail and time taken to walk me through the inspection afterwards and explaining everything to me. Never again. After finding termites in the inspection Marcel told me they could also provide the treatment / barrier service as well. Every phone call he ended by telling me he would ring me back. The man never placed one call to me. So he does not keep his word about ringing you back that’s for sure. The report I paid for that mentioned the termites had no photos of any termites.
