Fabulous service, incredibly fast & helpful! Price matched without any dramas. Couldn’t recommend any more.
3 days after order placed still dont know where product is. Rang the store as per instructions of the online ordering and got fobbed off to internet sales with promise of a call back. Sunny side to this is Harvey Norman is next door their click and collect is/has been same day, wont make that mistake again
Shopping at Gladstone Betta is a wonderful experience. I research the items online before I go to the store and the products are in store (or available for order) as advertised online! Staff are professional, friendly and helpful and make me feel valued. The displays are set out in a practical and pleasing manner. Great customer service experience with Mohsin Mah very knowledgeable about Betta’s products. I was given plenty of notice for delivery and the delivery guys were a wealth of knowledge about the products I received.
