The place is filthy. Doesn't look like it has been cleaned or painted in years. Does not look sterile at all. Then they know they have you when you are in the office in an emergency and jam you with the bill. Then they told us the removal of staples were free, full well knowing sedation would be needed as it was needed for the staples. We came back on the new forms I saw that they were going to charge us again and I asked and they said yes they would need to for the sedation. Again they knew this and told us otherwise.
