Called and got in for a non emergency checkup.
the communication and overall approach felt very pushy, and it made us feel like we weren’t being good pet owners, which is not how anyone should feel in that situation. i would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before moving forward with major decisions here. in our experience, other clinics have been more transparent, less pressure-filled, and more reasonable with pricing.
Dr. Heinz is the absolute best! She treats my dogs with such love and kindness! The staff is all fantastic. Can not recommend them enough!
