I am very impressed with the quick attention and high quality work. Their use of text and website communications for quotes, approvals, consultations and payments was very convenient. My 14 year old MINI feels almost new again! Face to face and in the shop the high standards and general kindness continue. Everyone that meet fri the company acts with courtesy and friendliness. We have gone to Gladney since they opened as we had already known Kirk from a business he worked at prior. They do excellent work and the customer service is very good. I have recommended them and will continue to do so!
Friendly service but the communication could have been better. I had to call to get updates on when parts would arrive and after they did, an ETA on when repairs would be completed. Otherwise, I'm pleased.
