My older boy started to workout here a few years back, as part of a spring hockey team trining. He then decided to continue to workout at Gladiator non-stop during the season and offseason. Greg, Sam and the rest of the team are amazing, having provided take home workouts to help with my son's progression in addition to working out here on a regular basis.
