This company helped my wife and I at the perfect time. We were from out of state in Chattanooga playing in a regional dart tournament. Using waze not knowing where we were OR the fact that potholes in Chattanooga are a real problem for everyone. I hit one of course, had to pull over.. Called countless places, this dude answers thankfully. Told us he'd be 20 minutes, arrived in 10. Took us to a shop and saved our sanity with his cool demeanor.. His story of starting his business is true and I commend him (I'm a solo entrepren... read more

Larry was hands down amazing to work with. They helped my husband and I with our two littles on the side of the interstate in a not so easy vehicle to maneuver. He was prompt to answer, respond, arrive, load and unload! We didn’t make the unload easy but his expertise and experience made it seamless! We kept his contact because we knew we would need an additional tow a few weeks later and today he came through yet again- with the same level of service if not better than the first! Excellent crew! Matt showed up quickly, treated my vehicle with care and respect, and expertly delivered it straight into my garage so I could work on it. Top notch service with a smile! Highly recommended! Ask for Matt

10 stars wouldn't be enough to rate Gladiator Tow & Recovery service! Larry the owner and Mike the personable driver, went above and beyond expectations to arrange the delivery of our bucket truck safely to PA on the 4th of July!! Their follow through and attention to details, took all the worry off our shoulders. It is a pleasure to work with folks who stand by their word and treat their customers with such regard! We highly recommend this fantastic company and look forward to our next haul with them in the future! We love ... read more

My van broke down in Knoxville with just me and my sick 6 year old. Larry came from Ringgold GA picked us up and took us to my house in Chattanooga. We chatted the whole way back as my son snored in the back seat. Shared an hour and a half ride with Larry and I have nothing but respect for him. I have had plenty of run ins with towing services with the line of work I have been in. This was probably the best overall service I have experienced. Will recommend Gladiator towing to anyone.
